Track link assembly

The track link assembly is a core component of the undercarriage “four‑wheels‑one‑track” system of rotary drilling rigs. It forms a closed chain by connecting multiple track links in series. Working together with drive sprockets, idlers, track rollers and carrier rollers, it bears the whole‑machine weight and transmits travelling power. It adapts to muddy, gravel‑covered and uneven construction‑site ground. Due to the heavy self‑weight of rotary drilling rigs, the track link assembly is subject to enormous tensile, impact and bending loads.

The intelligent control system realizes automatic adjustment and display of mast verticality, automatic up‑and‑down soil shaking, automatic forward‑reverse soil‑dumping of the rotary head, ground‑touch protection and other functions. The whole machine is more intelligent with enhanced operation convenience and safety. It is equipped with TDP‑series special hydraulic crawler chassis for rotary drilling rigs and a large‑diameter slewing bearing for better working stability. The complete machine can be transported with drill rods installed, which is fast and convenient.

The main hydraulic system adopts the negative flow control, and adopts the main power control and limit power control together which can increase the system efficiency and make the most of the engine power. It adopt three-in-one cooling system which is tightly packed and has a high-efficieney in cooling. It adopts the single-rope for main winch to figure out the wear of thel steel rope, and extend the life-span. The rotary drive can switch from Nromal Mode,Rock Mode and Energy-Saving Mode, the user can select a corresponding mode of the rotary drive according to the specific working conditions, which can greatly improve the working efficiency and lower the fuel consumption.
