Precision Repair, Restored Performance — XCMG Rotary Drilling Rig Slewing Component Overhaul in Progress

Release Time:

Oct 23,2026

Inside the workshop, our technicians are carrying out a systematic overhaul on the slewing assembly of an XCMG rotary drilling rig. Following layout lines, an operator uses oxy-fuel cutting to blank a round steel plate for a matching repair part, while the slewing platform, hydraulic hoses and accumulator are mounted on a fixture for inspection. Every step is held to tight dimensional tolerances to ensure stable performance after reassembly.

After the rig arrived, the team disassembled, cleaned and inspected the slewing platform assembly piece by piece, checking for wear, deformation and weld condition before defining the repair plan. On the floor, the operator guides the torch steadily along the marked line, producing an even cut and clean edge, and blanks the round matching part to size for subsequent reinforcement and reassembly.

Key components — slewing bearing, connecting bolts, hydraulic hoses and accumulator — are individually examined and tagged; repairable parts are restored to standard, while worn parts are replaced as needed. Each blanking, welding and assembly operation is governed by dimensional accuracy and running reliability, so the rig returns to work in like-new condition for long, dependable service.

Attention to every detail is our commitment to equipment reliability.
