Following layout lines, an operator uses oxy-fuel cutting to blank a round steel plate for a matching repair part, while the slewing platform, hydraulic hoses and accumulator are mounted on a fixture for inspection. Every step is held to tight dimensional tolerances to ensure stable performance after reassembly.

Yutong YTR220 Rotary Drilling Rig Undergoes Workshop Startup Test
Recently, the Yutong YTR220 rotary drilling rig completed full overhaul and commissioning at our workshop. A client from Nigeria visited our facility to conduct on-site acceptance. Full functional startup test was carried out. Key assemblies including engine, hydraulic system, crawler travel, mast luffing and rotary power head operate reliably. All performance metrics passed the client’s inspection. The client gave positive feedback on machine condition. The rig is ready for packing and ocean shipment for piling projects in Nigeria.
