Remanufacturing of XCMG XR400E Rotary Drilling Rig Officially Underway

Work has officially started on the comprehensive remanufacturing of a pre-owned XCMG XR400E rotary drilling rig at our overhaul workshop. As shown in the photo, engineering technicians are carrying out initial inspection and disassembly work on the machine’s electrical and hydraulic cabinet.
After long-term heavy foundation construction, the rig requires systematic refurbishment. Our team follows standardized remanufacturing procedures: full machine disassembly, component inspection, non-destructive testing, core assembly overhaul and performance restoration.
The project is currently in the early disassembly and detection phase. Upon completion, the rig will regain near-new operating performance, providing global foundation contractors with a cost-effective alternative to new equipment.
