XM503K road milling machine is an asphalt pavement maintenance construction machine, mainly used for municipal highway maintenance operations, and as an auxiliary machine for large milling machine construction. It can realize small-area excavation and renovation of asphalt concrete surface layers in highways, urban roads, airports, freight yards, parking lots, etc.; it can also be used to remove road carbuncle, oil waves, net pattern, ruts, etc.; it can also be used for roughening cement pavement and milling of surface misalignment. It can also realize milling along the edge and along the manhole cover. If equipped with a hydraulic pick, it can realize the road crushing function; rumble wheels can be optionally installed to carry out roadside rumble strip milling.

● Power system: It adopts the advanced, mature and reliable new generation four-valve 140 horsepower SC4H water-cooled engine of Shanghai Diesel, which has strong power and low fuel efficiency.
● Travel system: Tire type, four-wheel drive, adopts hydraulic and mechanical drive mode, can be continuously variable, and has one driving gear and three working gears. The rear wheel is an independent suspended support wheel. The right rear wheel can swing back inwards to facilitate milling along the edge.
● Steering system: Full hydraulic front axle steering, with steering angle indication function; small steering radius, can be milled along the caisson cover.
● Milling system: It adopts hydraulic and mechanical transmission mode, and the milling is reliable and powerful; imported cutter head ensures the service life of the tool; it has a slow rotor rotation function, which is convenient for tool change.
● Milling depth control: Through the lifting and adjustment of the left and right rear legs, wedge milling is allowed, with fast and slow two-speed depth control function; a depth indicator is installed on the rear leg to display the milling depth. The equipment can be equipped with an automatic leveling system.
● Conveying system: It has a fully enclosed conveyor belt, a maximum unloading height of 3.8 meters, a 30-degree swing capability and the function of adjusting the unloading height.
● Roof: The hydraulic cylinder lifts the roof, and the height is electrically controlled, which is more convenient for transportation.
● Sprinkler system: The fan-shaped water nozzle sprays water onto the cutter head to cool the cutter and reduce the dust diffusion during milling. The large-capacity water tank allows the machine to work uninterruptedly for longer. The electric water pump and sprinkler nozzle are easy to disassemble and clean.
● Driving station and instrument panel: The seat can be adjusted forward and backward; the operating platform is spacious; the instrument panel and each operating handle are in line with the ergonomic design concept, comfortable to operate and have a good view.
● Lighting system: The machine is equipped with night working lights to facilitate night operations.
● Hydraulic pick (optional): Quick-change joint connection can achieve road crushing.
