The whole machine adopts an 89kW high-power engine, a tailor-made working characteristic curve, and low-speed high torque. The high-pressure common rail injection system adopts a new control strategy. In each operation cycle, the ECM automatically controls the number and amount of injections according to the load conditions. It has stronger power and better fuel economy. It can meet the latest non-road National IV emission standards without the use of urea. The 4.5L ultra-large displacement has stronger explosive power and smoother operation. The power is 3KW higher than that of the National III XE135D, and the maximum output torque is 6% higher than that of the National III XE135D. The regeneration cycle is greater than 100 hours; the DPF cleaning cycle is greater than 5000 hours, which reduces the cost of use;

The new large-displacement high-efficiency main pump has reduced internal leakage; the swash plate swing angle increases the power density and achieves a larger overall workload. The new generation of high-efficiency main valve eliminates some logic valves, has less pressure loss, and has more outstanding working capacity. The arm cylinder is thickened, and the arm digging force is increased by 9% at most, making the cutting more powerful;

The new large-size pure parallel aluminum radiator adopts overall brazing technology and is equipped with an ultra-large capacity positive pressure degassing expansion water tank to reduce cavitation and increase the life of the water pump. With a large-diameter fan, the wind speed cloud map and temperature streamline map are drawn through finite element simulation to optimize the wind field and reduce the thermal balance temperature, which can meet the continuous use requirements of 50°C environment;

The slewing platform adopts a new rigid box structure, with the key plate thickness increased by 25% and the maximum stress reduced by 30%, which can provide higher strength and life. The turntable side beam adopts a D-type tube structure to improve the turntable's ability to resist external impact. The turntable body adopts robot welding technology to improve the durability and safety of the structural parts. The vibration isolation rate of the engine suspension system is ≥17dB, and the vibration isolation rate of the cab suspension system is ≥7dB, which improves the operating comfort;

The undercarriage walking mechanism adopts the key stress-bearing parts of the chain track section to improve the strength and impact resistance of the chain track section, and the service life of the crawler track is greatly improved. The butter tray is changed from a welded part to an integral stamping part, which ensures the installation roundness of the sealing ring, prevents the sealing ring from wrinkling, and improves the sealing performance. The X-beam part is strengthened, and the end face strength is greatly improved by increasing the size and thickness of the box beam and improving the structure;

The new ultra-wide view cab has a 10% increase in field of view and a 5% increase in operating space; the positive pressure reduces dust ingress, enhances sealing, and reduces noise. The new seat structure has an 8% wider and longer seat cushion, and the armrest box can be adjusted synchronously with the seat, so that all operations are within reach and the operation is more comfortable.

The new generation of electronic control system, one-button start, high-resolution touch screen instrument, more detailed page layout, clearer picture quality, and more convenient interaction. The new control system uses CAN bus, the monitor is responsible for display, the controller is responsible for signal acquisition and output, and the bus is connected with the monitor, GPS controller, radio, air conditioning controller, and engine ECM, which enables faster data management and more efficient control. Bluetooth, AUX, and USB entertainment functions are richer, and work and entertainment are not a problem;
