Our overhaul workshop is operating at full steam. Multiple core components of rotary drilling rigs are undergoing comprehensive overhaul and remanufacturing. Our technical team is advancing full‑process work including structural component repair, engine refurbishment and hydraulic system inspection & commissioning. With mature overhaul craftsmanship, we restore aged piling equipment to prime working condition and continuously supply high‑quality refurbished construction machinery for domestic and overseas markets.
Spacious steel‑structured workshop is equipped with heavy‑duty overhead cranes and forklifts to support disassembly and transfer of large components. Skilled welders in full protective gear carry out cutting, grinding and welding reinforcement on deformed and worn rig structures to eliminate cracks and fatigue damage. Refurbished and painted engine assemblies are ready for installation. Power heads, masts, hydraulic valve groups, oil cylinders and other rig parts are arranged in designated zones, going through standardized disassembly, flaw detection, part replacement and performance verification.
Rotary drilling rigs suffer structural deformation, power attenuation and hydraulic leakage after long‑term high‑intensity field operation. Instead of simple part‑replacement repair, we implement full‑machine deep disassembly & inspection standards. We conduct weld flaw detection for steel structures, correct deformed frames, rebuild engines to restore power output, and test hydraulic pipelines & components item‑by‑item to recover overall machine performance. Remanufactured equipment from our workshop features greatly‑improved stability and remarkable cost‑efficiency, which is widely recognized by overseas piling contractors.
Strict full‑process quality control is enforced in the workshop. Each procedure including welding, assembly and commissioning is inspected and rechecked, ensuring delivered machines can cope with harsh and complex site conditions.
