A XCMG XR280E rotary drilling rig has arrived at our overhaul center for full machine remanufacturing. Targeting component aging and performance decline from long-term harsh piling construction operation, we will restore the equipment to factory-new standards, eliminating hidden risks and improving client asset utilization.
Recently, a XCMG XR280E rotary drilling rig was safely unloaded and settled at our facility, kicking off its comprehensive remanufacturing project.
The XCMG XR280E is a core equipment for foundation piling, bridge and urban construction. After long-term high-load operation on complex job sites, the equipment suffered from wear, aging and reduced efficiency, which cannot be solved by routine maintenance. Full remanufacturing is adopted to realize thorough performance renewal and service life extension.
Our technical team has completed overall inspection and condition evaluation. Following original factory standards and industrial specifications, we will conduct full disassembly, flaw detection, parts replacement and structural reinforcement to fix potential faults comprehensively.
