As a core medium and large-tonnage piling machine, the XCMG X360 rotary drilling rig delivers a rated output torque of 360kN·m, with a maximum hole diameter of 2,500mm and a maximum drilling depth of 103 meters. Rather than undergoing simple maintenance, the unit has completed comprehensive upgrading and in-depth remanufacturing in strict compliance with national construction machinery remanufacturing standards. The entire machine was fully disassembled and thoroughly inspected. Core components such as the drill mast, chassis, power head and winch system underwent non-destructive testing and pressure examination to eliminate hidden risks including structural deformation, mechanical wear and pipeline aging. The engine was finely overhauled, the entire hydraulic system professionally cleaned, and all core seals and wearable parts completely replaced. Targeting Vietnam’s typical high-temperature, high-humidity, rainy and coastal saline-alkali working environment, specialized upgrades were implemented for heat dissipation, corrosion resistance and wear resistance, greatly improving the equipment’s outdoor durability and environmental adaptability.
In addition, the electronic control system was recalibrated, operational parameters optimized, and the whole machine treated with brand-new anti-corrosion coating. Following an 8-hour full-cycle no-load and full-load joint test, all core operations including traveling, slewing, pressurization and hole forming ran smoothly and reliably. The overall structural strength, operational accuracy and working performance fully reach new machine standards. The delivery is accompanied by complete remanufacturing inspection documents, component replacement lists and original maintenance manuals, ensuring reliable long-term operation and after-sales support for overseas customers.
