Component Refurbishment Underway for XCMG XR400E Rotary Drilling Rig Remanufacturing Project

The remanufacturing project of XCMG XR400E rotary drilling rig is progressing smoothly. Inside the component workshop, professional technicians conduct cutting, grinding and refurbishment work on disassembled structural parts. All spare parts are sorted and inspected one by one, and worn, deformed components receive targeted reconditioning in accordance with standardized remanufacturing requirements.
After complete machine disassembly, every component will go through cleaning, flaw detection and restoration. Severely damaged parts will be replaced to ensure overall equipment reliability.
At present, the project stays in the component processing phase. Upon completion of the whole remanufacturing workflow, the rotary rig will reach near-new operational performance, supplying cost-effective and trustworthy foundation construction equipment for global contractors.
